Welcome to Forgotten-Warriors.org, the website for Forgotten-Warriors, Inc., Chapter 1, New Orleans, Louisiana.

Mission Statement
The following is the primary function and mission of this Chapter of "Forgotten-Warriors, Inc." in all instances, without exceptions:

1. Provide education to our community's youth through the presentation of POW*MIA flags and the explanations of the POW*MIA & Veteran Issues and what they represent at all local High Schools and Colleges in our community.

2. To promote and provide public awareness through all means available on the issues of POW*MIA's and Veteran's issues. Present POW*MIA flags and POW*MIA streamers to Churches, Fire & Police Departments and other Public Offices in that effort.

3. To always promote a positive image of our organization, Forgotten-Warriors, Inc., and specifically our Chapter, at all times, in our community and among our fellow citizens. To include participation in and support of any and all Veteran's Events that are held in our community.

4. Provide moral, economic and physical support to our Homeless and Disabled Veterans as well as their families, when & wherever possible, which may need our assistance in our community.

5. Provide various support to our Veterans at our local VA Hospitals and Veteran's Homes, specifically, during the holidays and through support of better and newer facilities and care for our Veterans within the State of Louisiana.

6. Provide assistance to all Veterans and their families, whenever possible, which may be traveling through our area that may be in need of our assistance.

7. Never lose sight of the fact that we are a Civic Veterans Support Organization whose sole purpose is to create public awareness, educate our youth, assist POW*MIA and Veterans families whenever possible, as well as to promote and publicize the POW*MIA and Veteran Issues at all times.
